RANGE OF EFFICIENCY MODES

For superior efficiency, the U145 features three working modes Super Power SP for faster operations, Heavy H for heavy duty applications, and Auto A for even better fuel efficiency across a range of different operations.

Within the A mode you can choose from six different levels so that you can quickly and easily match the appropriate mode to the demands of any site.

These modes give operators familiar with digger equipment an intuitive transition to a more powerful excavator platform.

SPOOL STROKE CONTROL

The U145’s hydraulic control system has been optimised to maximise productivity, delivering precision control for any task that requires high levels of accuracy.

This enables both high output and delicate operations to be carried out with greater efficiency, especially valuable when completing fine grading work often done with an excavator.

For even greater versatility, the U145 features two auxiliary systems, complete with Spool Stroke Control

SSC. SSC automatically detects operating conditions and regulates hydraulic pressure to optimise fuel efficiency, enhancing the level of control that a digger operators rely on for detail sensitive applications.

BUILT FOR EFFICIENCY

Energy saving benefits of the U145 include Power Save Control that automatically reduces the hydraulic pump flows when the machine is idle. Boom Down Energy Save BES also improves fuel efficiency during boom lowering, whilst Auto Idle and Idle Shut Down automatically lower the engine speed when the controls are in neutral and shut the engine down when the system detects that the machine is idle.

ALL ROUND VISION

As well as a panoramic forward facing view, the U145 excavator delivers 270 degree rear and side vision via cameras linked to the onboard monitor for enhanced visibility and site safety. For even greater visibility, the U145 features bright LED work lights complete with a rain deflector as standard.

EASY SERVICEABILITY

Easy access to key parts ensures fast and simple maintenance to ensure optimal performance every day. Key parts such as the coolant expansion bottle, air cleaner, air conditioning condenser, relay box, engine oil, and windscreen washer fluid are all easily accessible.

ENGINE

A Stage V compliant engine is at the heart of the U145, meeting all current engine emission regulations.
Steps, handrails and non-slip plates are in the optimal positions for easier access around the superstructure for inspection and maintenance.

HYDRAULICS

The U145 features Kubota’s Advance Intelligent Hydraulic system that actively manages power distribution for maximum efficiency.
A Boom Down Energy Save (BES) system increase fuel efficiency during boom lowering operations.

Two auxiliaries are fitted as standard, each easily controlled from the cab.

VERSATILITY

Kubota’s zero-tail swing ensures a 360˚ swivel for excellent stability.
